She was born in 1982- Tekirdag; she completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Tekirdağ. She completed her associate degree in Dumlupınar University Accounting and Budgeting Applications, her undergraduate education in Anadolu University Business Administration and her master's degree in Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Health Management. She worked as a portfolio manager/director in a private bank between 2004-2013, as Assistant Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Çorlu District State Hospital between 2014-2017, and as Assistant Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Tekirdağ State Hospital between 2017-2020. . As of November 2020, Tekirdağ Dr. İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu continues her duty as Assistant Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs in our City Hospital. She is married and has two children.
