She was born in 1975; she completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Tekirdağ. She completed her associate degree at Atatürk University, Department of Health Technician (Medical Documentation and Secretarial), and her undergraduate education at Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration. She still continues her education at Atatürk University, Faculty of Health Management. Between 2000-2005, she worked as Personnel, Stock, Purchasing and Trustee at SHÇEK (Ministry of Family and Social Policies). From 2005 to 2013, as Personnel and Disciplinary Affairs Unit Supervisor at Tekirdağ State Hospital, from 2013 to 2017 as Discipline and Legal Unit Supervisor, from 2017 to 2020, she was Deputy Director at Tekirdağ State Hospital. She continues her duty as Deputy Director at Tekirdağ Doctor İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu City Hospital since 2020.
