He was born in Istanbul in 1985; He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. He completed his associate degree in Istanbul University Technical Sciences Vocational School Biomedical Devices Technician, his undergraduate education in Anadolu University Business Administration, and his master's degree in Namık Kemal University Social Sciences Faculty Health Management. He worked as the Deputy Director at Çorlu State Hospital between 2013-2017 and as the Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the same hospital between 2017-2020. Support and Quality Service to Tekirdağ State Hospital as of 2020. He started to work as the Director of Tekirdağ Doctor İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu City Hospital and still works as the Support and Quality Services Manager at Tekirdağ Doctor İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu City Hospital. He is married and has two children.
